摘　　要：目的探讨腹部带蒂皮瓣转移髂腹下神经移植在断指再植中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月~2017年12月我院收治的手部急性创伤断指手后实施腹部带蒂皮瓣远位转移至髂腹下神经、腹壁浅静脉和旋髂浅静脉移植手术5例作为研究对象,跟踪观察患者术后神经功能恢复情况。结果实施带血管髂腹下神经移植腹部带蒂皮瓣远位转移断指再植手术的5例患者,经术后治疗观察,神经功能恢复快、效果好。结论腹部带蒂皮瓣转移髂腹下神经移植的手术方法安全可靠且效果良好,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of transfering the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve in finger transplantation.Methods Altogether 5 cases of finger broken between people with acute hand trauma in department of hand surgery of our hospital from October 2015 to December 2017,who were performed the grafting operation to transfer the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve,ventral superficial vein and superficial iliac vein distantly.The postoperative follow-up was carried out to observe the recovery about nerve function.Results Through the observation of postoperative treatment,5 cases who were performed the grafting operation to transfer the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve、ventral superficial vein and superficial iliac vein restored well and quickly.Conclusion The method of grafting operation to transfer the abdominal pedicle flap to lower iliac nerve distantly is safe,reliable and effective,which is worthy of clinical application.
