复方多粘菌素B软膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的效果和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究与分析复方多粘菌素B软膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的效果和安全性。方法选取2016年1月~2017年8月我院收治的128例寻常型痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各64例。对照组患者仅接受复方多粘菌素B软膏进行治疗,观察组患者接受复方多粘菌素B软膏联合阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的效果、不良反应发生情况以及皮损计数情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(98.44%)显著高于对照组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率(9.38%)显著低于对照组(21.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的皮损(丘疹、粉刺、脓包)计数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方多粘菌素B软膏联合阿达帕林凝胶对于治疗寻常型痤疮的效果较为显著,极大地减少了患者的皮损计数,促进了患者的康复,并且安全性较高,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects and safety of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment combined with Adapalene Gel in treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 128 cases of patients with acne vulgaris who treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number grouping method,with 64 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with only Compound Polymyxin B Ointment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Compound Polymyxin B Ointment combined with Adapalene Gel.The effects,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the skin lesions counts after treatment of patients between the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 98.44%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 87.50%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 9.38%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 21.88%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The skin lesions（papule,comedo,pimple） counts of the patients in the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment combined with Adapalene Gel in treatment of acne vulgaris are significant,which greatly reduce the patients′ skin lesion counts,promotes the recovery of the patient,and it have high safety,thus it is worth promoting and using in clinical.
