益肾强骨汤超声电导速渗经皮给药治疗老年人骨质疏松症的效果

摘　　要：目的观察益肾强骨汤超声电导速渗经皮给药治疗老年人骨质疏松症的效果。方法将2015年6月~2017年6月就诊于我院骨伤科的100例确诊为骨质疏松症的患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,每组50例。对照组口服乳酸钙500 mg治疗,每天3次,10 d为1个疗程;治疗组给予益肾强骨汤超声电导速渗经皮给药治疗,每次30 min,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组的总有效率为94.0%,对照组为66.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的腰L2~4骨密度T值为0.59±3.77,对照组为-1.43±1.53,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾强骨汤治疗老年人骨质疏松症的效果可靠。Objective To observe the effect of Nourishing Kidney and Strengthening Bone Decoction treating osteoporosis in the elderly through transdermal drug delivery by supersonic conductance rapid infiltration.Methods A total of100 patients diagnosed as osteoporosis in department of orthopedics of our hospital form June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,and there were 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Lactate of 500 mg,3 times a day and 10 d were 1 course.The treatment group was treated with Nourishing Kidney and Strengthening Bone Decoction through transdermal drug delivery by supersonic conductance rapid infiltration,30 min each time,1 time a day,and 10 d were 1 course.Results The total effective rate was 94% in the treatment group and it was 66% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.T value of BMD of lumbar L2-4 in the treatment group was 0.59±3.77,while that in the control group was-1.43±1.53,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Nourishing Kidney and Strengthening Bone Decoction treating osteoporosis in the elderly is reliable.
