综合护理干预对扁桃体切除术后严重出血患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对扁桃体切除术后严重出血患者实施综合护理的效果研究。方法选取2015年1月~2017年10月在我院行扁桃体切除术的56例患者作为研究对象,分析患者术后严重出血的原因,并给予综合护理干预措施,观察治疗前后的临床效果。结果干预后,患者疼痛程度评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者服务满意度高于干预前,且术后再次出血率低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者日常生活质量高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对扁桃体切除术后严重出血患者,给予综合护理干预,取得了令人满意的效果,对降低再次出血率、减轻患者疼痛,以及提高患者日常生活质量有一定的可行性,临床推广价值极高。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with severe bleeding after tonsillectomy.Methods From January 2015 to October 2017,56 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The causes of postoperative severe bleeding in all participants were analyzed.Comprehensive nursing intervention was provided and the clinical effect before and after intervention was observed.Results After the intervention,the patient′s pain score was lower than before with a significant difference（P〈 0.05）.After the intervention,the patient′ s satisfaction with service was higher than before and the postoperative re-bleeding rate was lower compared with intervention before,which were displayed statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the quality of daily life of the patients after the intervention was higher than before with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with severe bleeding after tonsillectomy,application of comprehensive nursing intervention obtains satisfactory effects.It is feasible to reduce the rate of re-bleeding,relieve patients′ pain,and improve the quality of daily life of patients to some extent.The value of clinical promotion is extremely high.
