护理安全风险管理防御机制在手术室护理管理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探究护理安全风险管理防御机制应用于手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年4月笔者所在医院实施治疗的手术患者250例,将其分为常规组和防御组,各125例。常规组执行传统的手术室护理管理,防御组则执行护理安全风险管理防御机制的护理管理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:在患者接受手术的过程中,防御组的护理质量及护理满意度均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);防御组发生投诉事件的概率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);防御组在护理时风险事件发生的概率为4.00%,明显低于常规组的16.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);防御组护理人员的风险防控意识评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将护理安全风险管理防御机制融入手术室护理管理中可有效降低不良事件发生率,减少患者的不满,具有积极的临床意义。Objective：To explore the application of defensive mechanism of nursing safety risk management in operating room nursing management.Method：During the period from January 2015 to April 2017,250 patients undergoing surgery in our hospital were selected And divided into regular group and defensive group.The regular group performed the traditional operation room nursing management,while the defensive group performed the nursing management of the nursing safety risk management defense mechanism.And then compared the clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients.Result：The quality of nursing care and nursing satisfaction of the defensive group were significantly higher than those of the regulargroup during the operation of the patients,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complaints in the defensive group was significantly lower than that of the regular group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The probability of risk events during nursing was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the regular group（16.80%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The risk prevention and control awareness scores of the nursing staff in the defensive group were significantly higher than those in theregular group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The integration of nursing safety risk management and defense mechanism into operation-time nursing management can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse events in patients,reduce patient dissatisfaction.It has a positive clinical significance.
