浅谈加味散偏汤对治疗偏头痛的分析

摘　　要：偏头痛是临床常见的神经血管性疾病,严重影响了广大患者的身体健康和生活质量。偏头痛的发病机制尚不明确,西医西药的作用机制比较单一,对偏头痛的治疗无有效方法,不能对偏头痛的临床治疗有一个全面的调节,因此中医独特的临床辨证治疗体系,受到了越来越多的关注。本篇对偏头痛的病因病机进行了简单阐述,对加味散偏汤的组方进行用药分析并根据临床辨证进行加减变化,吾师崔应麟教授从事临床工作多年,用加味散偏汤化裁辨证治疗偏头痛,效果颇丰,疗效显著,笔者据跟师所见,以典型病案一则阐述了崔教授治疗偏头痛的经验,以飨同道。Migraine is a common clinical neurovascular disease, which seriously affects the general health and life quality. The pathogenesis of migraine is not clear yet, western medicine mechanism of action is relatively simple, there is no effective treatment for migraine, and western medicine cannot have a comprehensive adjustment of the clinical treatment of migraine. Therefore, Chinese medicine is receiving increasing attention because of its special syndrome differentiation and treatment. This article briefly describes the etiology and pathogenesis of migraine, and analyzes the composition of the Sanpian decoction（ 散偏汤）. Professor Cui Yinglin has been engaged in the clinical work for many years. He has treated migraine with the Sanpian decoction, and achieves a good effect. The article expounds the experience of Professor Cui Yinglin in the treatment of migraine with a typical medical record based on Professor Cui＇s clinical experience, and shares it with colleagues.
