摘　　要：功能性腹泻属中医"泄泻"范畴,吾师王垂杰教授认为本病主病在脾,与心、肝、肺、肾相关,治宜明辨虚损脏腑、分清虚实寒热,见症识证遣方用药,且认为功能性腹泻不只是疾病和医学问题,还包含许多复杂的社会心理问题,所以个体不同需分治,还要细参饮食调情志。Functional diarrhea is equivalent to diarrhea in TCM. My tutor, Professor Wang Chuijie holds that the disease is in spleen, which is related to heart, liver, lung and kidney. It is significant to distinguish cold and heat, deficiency and excess. Based on syndrome differentiation, the patients are categorized. And then, clinical diagnosis, prescription and treatment will be established. Besides, it is not only a medical problem, but also is relevant to psychological problems. Individual treatment should be paid attention to. Meanwhile, proper diet and comfort emotion are important.
