正天丸联合西比灵治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正天丸联合西比灵治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛的疗效。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年1月在本院就诊的脑血管痉挛性头痛患者170例,分为观察组和对照组,各85例。对照组予西比灵治疗,观察组予正天丸联合西比灵治疗,治疗30天后,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组的总有效有78例,占91.76%,对照组为75.29%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的大脑中动脉Vm、Vs值的改善率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正天丸联合西比灵治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛的疗效较好,能有效改善患者的症状,在临床上可广泛使用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Zhengtian Wan（ 正天丸） combined with flunarizine in the treatment of cerebral vascular spasm headache. Methods： 170 patients with cerebral vascular spasm headache treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 85 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine treatment, the observation group received Zhengtian Wan combined with flunarizine treatment, 30 days after treatment, the curative effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results： In the observation group, the total effective cases were 78, accounting for 91.76%, while that of the control group was 75.29%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the brain artery of Vm, the Vs value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhengtian Wan combined with flunarizine treatment had more significant curative effect in treating cerebral vascular spasm headache, it could effectively relieve the patient＇s symptoms, which could be widely used in clinic.
