摘　　要：目的:探讨阑尾黏液囊肿的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:依据本院近期2例阑尾黏液囊肿的临床资料结合复习文献材料,总结该疾病的特点及诊疗共识。结果:本病为少见病种,但极具特征性,要关注影像诊断和手术治疗的特殊性。结论:阑尾黏液囊肿临床确诊困难,隐匿性较强,但B超和CT影像诊断意义较大,有较好的应用价值,应推广使用。Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of appendiceal mucinous cyst. Methods： According to the clinical data of two cases of appendiceal mucinous cyst in our hospital and reviewing the literature, the characteristics of the disease and the consensus of diagnosis and treatment were summarized. Results： This disease was a rare disease, but it was very characteristic. Attention should be paid to the particularity of imaging diagnosis and surgical treatment. Conclusion： The diagnosis of appendiceal mucinous cyst was difficult and occult, but the diagnostic value of B-ultrasound and CT images was great, which should be popularized.
