循经刮痧治疗肺经伏热证型持续性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨循经刮痧治疗肺经伏热型持续性变应性鼻炎临床疗效。方法:将2015年1月-2016年9月江苏省中医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊收治的肺经伏热证型持续性变应性鼻炎患者90例,随机分为刮痧组、氯雷他定组和综合治疗组,每组30例,干预方法:刮痧组给予刮痧治疗,氯雷他定组给予西药氯雷他定口服,综合治疗组在刮痧的基础上配合氯雷他定口服,三组患者均治疗4周,比较鼻部症状评分(TNNS)、生活质量评分(RQLQ)、Ig E水平和疗效比较。结果:三组患者治疗前TNNS、RQLQ评分及Ig E水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后各组数值均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后12周远期疗效综合治疗组83.3%,优于其他两组(P<0.01)。结论:刮痧配合氯雷他定治疗肺经伏热型持续变应性鼻炎方法有效,且远期效果好。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of meridian scraping therapy on persistent allergic rhinitis of the Feijing Fure type（ 肺经伏热证）. Methods： 90 patients with persistent allergic rhinitis of the Feijing Fure type in the department of otorhinolaryngology in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the scrapping group, the loratadine group, and the comprehensive treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The scraping group was given scraping treatment. The loratadine group was given loratadine. The comprehensive treatment group was given both scraping and loratadine treatment. Each group was treated for 4 weeks. The nasal symptoms score（TNNS）, quality of life score（RQLQ）, IgE levels and efficacy were compared after 12 weeks treatment. Results： Before treatment, the TNNS, RQLQ score and Ig E levels in three groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the values in each group was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. After 12 weeks of treatment, the long term efficiency in the comprehensive treatment group was 83.3%, which was better than that in the other two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Scrapping and loratadine treatment was effective in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis of the Feijing Fure type, and it had a good long term effect.
