清热透疹方用于普通型手足口病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析清热透疹方用于普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院医治普通型手足口病的100例患儿作为研究对象进行分析,并将其分组治疗,即研究组(n=50,清热透疹方)与对照组(n=50,西药常规治疗)。对比两组的疗效及相关临床指标。结果:研究组的总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组的80.00%,对应值差异较明显(P<0.05);研究组的皮疹消退时间、发热消退时间、心肌酶恢复时间、白细胞恢复时间等指标均小于对照组,其对应值存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:清热透疹方用于普通型手足口病,疗效理想,安全指数高,值得推广应用。Objective： To research and analyze the clinical effect of the Qingre Touzhen prescription（ 清 热 透 疹 方） on common hand-foot and mouth disease. Methods： 100 cases were selected as the research subjects and divided into the research group（n=50, given the Qingre Touzhen prescription） and the control group（n=50, given routine western medicine）. The efficacy and related clinical indexes in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the research group（94%） was significantly higher than 80% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The regression time of rash, fever, myocardial enzyme and leukocyte in the research group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qingre Touzhen prescription had an ideal effect on common hand-foot and mouth disease, with high safety, was worthy of promotion and application.
