摘　　要：目的:探究乳腺癌专科护士护理模式对乳腺癌患者静脉化疗反应的影响。方法:将2016年4月-2017年6月我院收治的130例乳腺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用专科护士进行全程护理,对照组采用常规护理方法,比较两组患者在静脉化疗后并发症的发生率及患者接受静脉化疗的顺应性。结果:试验组患者的针刺口感染率和静脉炎发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),同时试验组患者表现出更好的顺应性(P<0.05)。结论:专科护士护理模式可以有效降低静脉化疗并发症的发生,且提高乳腺癌患者接受静脉化学治疗的顺应性。Objective： To explore the effect of nursing model of breast cancer specialist nurses on intravenous chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods： 130 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received nursing of specialist nurses; while the control group received conventional care method; the incidence of complications after intravenous chemotherapy and compliance of patients receiving intravenous chemotherapy of two groups were compared. Results： The infection rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; while the patients in the experimental group showed better compliance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing model of specialized nurses could effectively reduce the incidence of complications of intravenous chemotherapy and improve the compliance of intravenous chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.
