摘  要:目的:了解可吸收生物止血膜在单节段腰椎后路减压手术中的应用价值。方法:随机将我院在2016年7月-2017年7月这一年间行单节段腰椎后路手术的87名患者划分为两组,试验组术中应用明胶海绵和可吸收止血膜止血,对照组应用明胶海绵止血,然后对术后24小时出血量、拔管时间、术后总出血量、术后1d、3d凝血指标(凝血酶原时间PT、活化部分凝血活酶时间APTT、纤维蛋白原FIB、血小板、D-二聚体)进行比较及分析。结果:试验组的患者术后24小时出血量、术后总出血量、拔管时间均较对照组明显减小,且差异有统计学意义;而术后1d、3d各项凝血指标在两组之间差异无统计学意义。结论:可吸收生物止血膜在单节段腰椎后路减压手术中具有良好的止血效果,且较安全,不影响全身凝血系统。Objective: To explore the application value of absorbable haemostatic membrane on single segmental lumbar posterior decompression surgery. Methods: Eighty seven patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were included in the research and randomly divided into two group. In the control group, the conventional surgical methods were used to stop bleeding, such as gelfoam while the absorbable haemostatic membrane was applied in the experimental group. After the operations, the blood loss 24 hours post operation, the total blood loss post operation, extubation time, the blood coagulation index(PT, APTT, FIB, PLT, DD) 24 and 72 hours after operation were determined and compared between two groups. Results: Blood loss 24 hours after operation, the total blood loss post operation and extubation time were significantly reduced in the experimental group(P〈0.05) and no significant differences in the blood coagulation index 24 and 72 hours after operation were found between both two groups. Conclusion: Absorbable haemostatic membrane had significant blood stopping effect on single segmental lumbar posterior decompression surgery, the application of absorbable haemostatic membrane was safe and it could obviously reduce bleeding without affecting the coagulation system.
