滋肾育胎丸配合针刺治疗肾气虚小卵泡排卵的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:采用滋肾育胎丸配合针刺治疗肾气虚证小卵泡排卵的患者,旨在观察滋肾育胎丸配合针刺对小卵泡排卵的影响。方法:本研究采用随机对照的研究方法,比较两组患者治疗前后的基础体温情况、卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率等各方面的影响,探讨针药结合治疗小卵泡排卵的疗效和优势及其作用机理。结果:针药治疗组的基础体温双相率、妊娠率分别与克罗米酚西药对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗均能增加卵泡直径和子宫内膜厚度,但两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋肾育胎丸合针刺疗法治疗小卵泡排卵,能改善卵巢功能和卵泡质量,促进卵泡生长发育,提高成熟卵泡排卵率,增加子宫内膜厚度,且显著提高妊娠率,其疗效强于单纯枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。Objective： To observe the effects of Zishen Yutai Wan（滋肾育胎丸） plus acupuncture on small follicle ovulation. Methods： The basal body temperature, follicular development, endometrial thickness, clinical pregnancy rate and so on were compared by randomized control study, to explore the effects, advantages and mechanisms of Zishen Yutai Wan plus acupuncture on small follicle ovulation. Results： There were significant differences in the double rate of basal body temperature and pregnancy rate between groups（P〈0.05）.Two methods in groups can increase the follicle diameter and endometrial thickness; there was no significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zishen Yutai Wan plus acupuncture on small follicle ovulation can improve the ovarian function and follicle quality, promote follicle growth and development, improve ovulation rate, increase the thickness of the endometrium, and significantly improve the pregnancy rate, shows a better effect than clomiphene citrate therapy.
