特色中医护理方案在瘀血痹阻证膝骨关节炎治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨特色中医护理方案治疗方法在膝关节骨性关节炎的临床实施效果。方法:选择2016年2月-2017年11月在我科住院中医辨证为瘀血痹阻证的膝关节骨性关节炎患者220例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组129例,对照组91例。对照组给予常规功能锻炼及健康指导,观察组附加特色中医护理方案。以不同观察时点测量膝关节疼痛度、SF-36评分、膝关节Lysholm评分作为临床疗效评价。结果:220例患者全部得到随访,无脱失。治疗后2、4周观察组的膝关节疼痛度、SF-36评分、膝关节Lysholm评分要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特色中医护理方案临床实施疗效满意,患者对护理依从性及满意度高,可行性强,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 220 patients were divided into the observation group of 129 cases and the control group of 91 cases. The control group was given regular functional exercise and health guidance, and the observation group was given TCM nursing more. Results： 220 patients were followed up, without any loss. The knee pain, SF-36 score, and Lysholm score of the knee joints in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing program is effective, with high compliance and satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
