摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,冠心病心绞痛的发病率在我国逐年上升且趋向年轻化,严重影响了人们的身体健康、生活质量。如何更好地防治心绞痛已成为中西医工作者关注的重要课题。中医药在改善冠心病心绞痛临床症状、提高患者生活质量、预防和延缓冠脉再狭窄等方面有一定的优势,积累了丰富的临床经验。本文系统综述了中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展。With the improvement of living standards, the incidence of angina pectoris has been rising year by year and tend to be younger; can seriously affect people＇s health and quality of life. Better controlling angina pectoris has become an important issue for medical workers. TCM medicine shows certain advantages in improving the clinical symptom and the quality of life, and preventing and delaying coronary artery restenosis, and has accumulated rich clinical experience. The research progress of treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in TCM was systematically reviewed.
