补中益气五苓汤结合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补中益气五苓汤结合西医在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年2月-2017年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组40例,观察组40例,对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气五苓汤,观察两组治疗效果及心功能变化。结果:治疗后效果显示,观察组总有效率为92.50%,同对照组(75.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声心动图检查显示,治疗前两组心功能无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗2周后,观察组LVEF同对照组比较,显著较高,LVESD、LVEDD同对照组比较,明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气五苓汤结合西医可有效提高慢性心力衰竭治疗效果,促进心功能改善,值得推广。Objective： To explore the value of the Buzhong Yiqi Wuling decoction（补中益气五苓汤） plus western medicine on chronic heart failure. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group（40 cases） and observation group（40 cases）. The control group was given conventional western medicine; the observation group was treated with the Buzhong Yiqi Wuling decoction more. The effects and the changes of heart function were observed. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency was 92.50% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in heart function between groups（P〉0.05）. After 2 weeks of treatment, the LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher; the LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Buzhong Yiqi Wuling decoction plus western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of chronic heart failure, promote the improvement of heart function, is worth promoting.
