摘　　要：目的:研究中医辨证分型治疗老年高血压病的动态血压分析。方法:根据随机数字表法的原则抽取在我院接受高血压病治疗的30例老年患者作为研究对象进行分析,本组患者采用的治疗方案为中医辨证分型。治疗后,分析患者的动态血压变化情况。结果:相比治疗前,治疗后患者在全天、白天、夜晚三个阶段的收缩压和舒张压均有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗老年高血压病具有极高的应用价值,其能够显著降低患者的血压值,安全指数高,此法值得在老年高血压病的临床医治中广泛使用。Objective： To study efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation on the dynamic blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Methods： According to the principle of random number table, 30 elderly patients in our hospital received TCM syndrome differentiation. After treatment, the patient＇s ambulatory blood pressure were analyzed. Results： After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in all days, days, and nights were significantly reduced（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation on hypertension in the elderly was effective, can significantly reduce blood pressure, with high safety, is worth widely applying.
