慢性肾炎蛋白尿应用参芪地黄汤治疗的效果观察及研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪地黄汤在慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床治疗中的应用效果,验证其可行性。方法:选择2015年6月-2017年5月期间我院收诊的80例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者的临床资料,按照接诊日期的单双数分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组增加参芪地黄汤治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为87.5%,与对照组65.0%相比较,组间有差异(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤在慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床治疗中的应用效果良好,具有推广与应用价值。Objective： To observe the feasibility and efficacy of the Shenqi Dihuang decoction（ 参芪地黄汤） on chronic nephritis proteinuria. Methods： 80 cases were divided into the control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was given the Shenqi Dihuang decoction more. The clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 87.5% in the observation group and 65.0% in the control group, with a significant difference（P〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Shenqi Dihuang decoction on chronic nephritis proteinuria showed a good effect, and is worthy of promotion and application.
