观察温针灸推拿疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨观察温针灸推拿疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及护理。方法:选取2016年7-12月我科收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者68例,采用随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组给予普通毫针刺法治疗,观察组给予温针灸推拿疗法。观察两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.06%(33/34),对照组总有效率为85.29%(29/34),观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节评分明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸推拿疗法疗效显著,值得临床应用和推广。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and massage therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： From July 2016 to December, 68 cases in our hospital were divided into two groups, the control group was given acupuncture; and the observation group was given warm acupuncture and massage therapy. Efficiency in two groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency was 97.06%（33/34） in the observation group, and higher than 85.29%（29/34） in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture and massage therapy on knee osteoarthritis shows a good effect, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
