摘  要:某厂生产的K418母合金用于制备增压器涡轮时出现大量疏松及夹杂缺陷而报废。采用化学成分分析、金相检验(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法,对缺陷的形成原因进行了研究。结果表明,该合金的主成分及杂质元素含量均符合标准要求,合金中显微疏松及夹杂含量也较低。但合金锭中心部分存在较大的聚集型疏松,且表面存在一层较厚的氧化膜,是导致铸件出现缺陷的主要原因。通过改善合金锭补缩及表面喷丸处理等方法,可以大大减少涡轮铸件中此类缺陷的存在。The K418 superalloy produced by a factory is used to prepare the turbocharger turbine while exist large number of micropore and defects.The causes of defects were studied by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the content of the main compositions and impurities in the alloy is in accordance with the standard requirements,and the content of microporosity and inclusions in the alloy are low.However,there is a large accumulation type shrinkage in the center part of the alloy ingot,and there is a thick oxide film on the surface,which is the main reason for the defects of casting.The defects in turbine castings can be greatly reduced by improving the feeding of alloy ingots and surface peening.
