摘 要:大数据时代科技信息传播迅速,给科技查新服务带来了新的挑战,为使科技查新服务满足大数据时代科技信息发展的需求,本文阐述了大数据和科技查新的概念,分析了大数据时代科技查新工作的现状及存在的问题,结合我国科技创新的发展需求,提出了大数据时代科技查新服务建设的对策,包括提升科技查新人员综合能力、完善科技查新制度机制、推进数据库平台建设、智库服务和综合情报分析等。The rapid spread of scientific and technological information in the era of big data has brought new challenges to sci-tech novelty retrieval. In this paper, in order to make sci-tech novelty retrieval service meet the needs of scientific and technological information development in the era of big data, the author expounded concepts of big data and sci-tech novelty retrieval, and analyzed the status quo and existing problems in the work of sci-tech novelty retrieval. Then, combining development needs of scientific and technological innovation in China, the author put forward countermeasures of building sci-tech novelty retrieval service, including improving comprehensive abilities of staff of sci-tech novelty retrieval, perfecting mechanism of sci-tech novelty retrieval and advancing construction of database platforms, idea bank service as well as comprehensive information analysis.
