摘　　要：分子生物学实验课是一门实践性较强的课程.为了提高实验教学质量,调动学生对实验学习的主动性与积极性,对优化实验教学内容,扩展网络教学资源,建立开放型实验教学模式以及改进实验考核方式等4个方面进行改革,取得了较好的实验教学效果.Molecular biology experiment is a practical course.In order to improve the quality of the teaching,arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of the students to the experiment course,reformed the 4 aspects of optimizing the content of the experiment teaching,expanding the network teaching resources,establishing the open experiment teaching mode and improving the experimental examination mode.Better experimental teaching results have been obtained.
