摘　　要：随着企业专利规模的扩张和专利组合的兴起,探讨专利标引的内涵、维度及应用,对企业专利维护、专利组合、专利运营等都具有较强的应用价值和指导意义。在阐明专利标引的基本内涵和实施时间后,探讨了专利标引的八个维度,并以专利价值标引作为实施例系统论述了专利标引方法。专利标引作为企业专利管理体系的构成部分,与技术交底、发明评估、专利组合、专利稽核、专利淘汰、专利交易等专利管理工作关系密切。专利标引的有效应用,能够为企业专利管理工作提供有力支撑和协同支持。As a new technology management tool, patent indexing has not aroused the interest of academic research. With the expansion of enterprise patent scale and the rise of patent portfolio, the connotation, dimension and application of patent indexing are discussed, the discussion on these aspects has a strong application value and guiding significance for enterprise patent maintenance, patent portfolio, patent operation and so on.After clarifying the basic connotation and implementation time of patent indexing, this paper probes into eight dimensions of patent indexing, and systematically discusses patent indexing method with patent value indexing as an example. Patent indexing, as a component of the enterprise patent management system, is closely related to technical disclosure, invention evaluation, patent portfolio, patent audit, patent elimination, patent transactions and other patent management works. The effective application of patent indexing can provide strong support and collaborative support for enterprise patent management.
