内异止痛方直肠用药对子宫内膜异位症痛经患者血清癌抗原125和血管内皮生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察内异止痛方直肠用药治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效及其对血清癌抗原125(cancer antigen 125,CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。方法将60例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组予内异止痛方灌肠,对照组予散结镇痛胶囊口服。两组均以15d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,随访3个月后评估临床疗效及治疗前后CA125、VEGF的变化。结果两组治疗后血清CA125、VEGF水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组CA125、VEGF水平下降程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内异止痛方直肠用药通过降低血清CA125和VEGF水平治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rectal administration of Neiyi Zhitong Prescription in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea and its effect on serum levels of cancer antigen 125 （CA125） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）. Methods A total of 60 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given enema with Neiyi Zhitong Prescription, and those in the control group were given oral Sanjie Zhentong Capsule. Each course of treatment was 15 days, and both groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical outcome and the changes in CA125 and VEGF after treatment were evaluated after three months of follow-up. Results Both groups had significant reductions in serum levels of CA125 and VEGF after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neiyi Zhitong Prescription has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea by reducing serum levels of CA125 and VEGF.
