摘  要:为测定不同厚度膨胀聚苯乙烯板(EPS)与玄武岩纤维(BFRP)中空织物组合而成的新型保温板导热系数,运用一维稳态热流计法开展试验研究;结合理论公式,计算新型保温板的导热系数。试验结果表明:新型苯板-玄武岩纤维中空织物保温板最优组合的导热系数为0.0272W/(m·K),与EPS板导热系数相比下降33.66%;在温度和湿度不变的条件下,使用玄武岩纤维中空织物可以大幅减小EPS板厚度;带附着层保温板的导热系数较小,保温隔热性能好;新型保温板导热系数的理论值与实测值基本一致,最大误差绝对值仅为8.55%。To determine thermal conductivity of new insulation board combined with expanded polystyrene board(EPS) of different thickness and basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP) hollow fabric, one-dimensional steady-state heat flow meter method is carried out. We calculate the thermal conductivity of insulation board by the theory formula. The test results show that the optimal thermal conductivity of new EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board is 0.0272 W/(m·K), which decreases by 33.66% compared with EPS. Under the same conditions of the temperature and humidity, the application of basalt fiber hollow fabric can greatly reduce the thickness of the plate. Performance of insulation board with adhesive layer board is good. Thermal conductivity calculated values of new insulation board are basically consistent with the measured values, and the maximum error is only 8.55%.
