摘 要:本试验原矿为辽宁海城地区某低品位高硅型菱镁矿石,其MgO品位为92.96%、SiO_2含量为2.35%,主要有用矿物为菱镁矿,脉石矿物主要为石英,其次是白云石、滑石、斜绿泥石等。通过采用1次粗选2次精选的反浮选流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量为85%,pH值为5,调整剂六偏磷酸钠用量150 g/t,捕收剂醚胺用量150 g/t的条件下,最终获得精矿MgO品位97.68%、产率76.43%、SiO_2含量0.25%的产品指标。The test ore grade is a low-grade high-silicon magnesite ore with a grade of 92.96% and SiO2 content of 2.35% in Haicheng area, Liaoning Province. The main useful mineral is magnesite, gangue minerals are mainly quartz, followed by dolomite, talc, mop chlorite and so on. Through the use of a rough selection twice the anti-flotation process, grinding fineness-0.074 mm mass fraction of 85%, pH value of 5.0, adjusting the amount of hexametaphosphate 150 g/t, the collector ether amine under the condition of 150 g/t, the final grade of MgO is 97.68%, the yield is 76.43% and the grade of SiO2 is 0.25%.
