摘  要:为适应现代造纸行业环保发展趋势,本公司制备了新型LS-3E H非硅无磷H_2O_2漂白稳定剂。与传统H_2O_2漂白稳定剂硅酸钠和DTPA复配体系相比,非硅无磷H_2O_2漂白稳定剂具有不易结垢和环保的优点。研究对比了LS-3EH、硅酸钠和市场现售非硅稳定剂的漂白稳定效果,得出当Na OH用量3.1%,H_2O_2用量8.9%,浆浓20%,新型稳定剂用量0.7%,漂白温度90℃,并采用两段漂白时间共计110m i n的条件,其漂白后白度较市售非硅稳定剂高,且接近硅酸钠的漂白效果;此外,H_2O_2残余量较使用硅酸钠作稳定剂高,成本与硅酸钠相近。新型非硅无磷H_2O_2漂白稳定剂LS-3E H是一种符合现代环保造纸发展需求的经济型产品。To meet the requirement of environmental protection with the modern paper industry, Guangdong Liangshi developed a new type of non-silicon and phosphorus-free H2 0 2 bleaching stabilizer--LS-3EH. Compared with the traditional oxygen bleaching stabilizer sodium silicate and DTPA compounding system, LS-3EH has the advantages of no scaling and environmental friendship. In this paper, the bleaching stability of LS-3EH, sodium silicate and commercially available non-silicon stabilizers were compared and analyzed. The results show that the brightness with LS-3EH bleaching is higher than that with non-silicon stabilizer bleaching, and close to the bleaching effect of sodium silicate when the NaOH dosage is 3.1%, H2O2 dosage 8.9%, pulp concentration 20%, new stabilizer dosage 0.7%, bleaching temperature 90℃, and two periods bleaching of total bleaaching time of 110 minutes. In addition, the residual H2O2 is higher than that of sodium silicate, and the cost is similar to that of sodium silicate. Therefore the non-silicon and phosphorus-free new H2O2 bleaching stabilizer LS-3EH is considered to be a kind of economical product which keeps up with the requirement of modern environmental protection.
