摘  要:以GTA(N-[2,3-环氧丙基]三甲基氯化铵)为阳离子醚化剂,通过调整生产工艺,制备了两种不同取代度的阳离子淀粉A和B,在实验室对比试验了两种淀粉对系统留着率和成纸性能的影响,并在两台高速纸机上进行了对比应用。结果表明:相同添加量下,阳离子淀粉取代度提高,系统留着率、成纸指标均有不同程度的提高。With GTA (N-[2,3- epoxy propyl] three methyl ammonium chloride) as cationic etherifcation agent, two kinds of cationic starch A and B with different degrees of substitution were prepared by adjusting the production process. The effects of these two kinds of starches on system retention and paper performance were tested in the laboratory, and the comparison application was carried out on two high-speed paper machines. The results showed that under the same amount addition, the degree of substitution of cationic starch increased, the system retention rate and index of paper also increased to different degrees.
