造纸企业绿色制造发展水平测度研究

摘　　要：造纸行业是资源密集型产业,受到“高污染、高能耗”的制约,而绿色制造是实现可持续发展的必然选择.构建合理的绿色制造评价体系,掌握行业当前绿色制造发展水平,是实现绿色制造的前提.本文在对我国当前造纸行业现状进行分析的基础上,阐述实施绿色制造的必要性,构建了造纸行业绿色制造的测度指标体系,运用数据包络分析法对我国造纸上市公司进行了绿色化水平测度及评价,进而对造纸产业的未来发展提出了建议.The paper industry is a resource-intensive industry and it is subjected to the problem of high pollution and high energy consumption. Green manufacturing is an inevitable choice for sustainable development. Build a reasonable green manufacturing evaluation system and grasp the premise of the industry's current level of green manufacturing are the way to achieve green manufacturing. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's current papermaking industry, this paper elaborates the necessity of implementing green manufacturing and sets up a measurement index for green manufacturing in the paper industry. This paper measures the greening level of papermaking listed companies in China By using data envelopment analysis. The evaluation, in turn, proposed suggestions for the development of the paper industry.
