面向科研成果转化的高校图书馆服务探析——基于美国高校图书馆科研成果转化服务的启示

摘　　要：科研成果转化一直是高校科研工作的重要内容,图书馆也可以在其中发挥重要作用。美国高校图书馆在科研成果转化上拥有丰富的经验和体系化的运作方式,尤其在信息咨询、信息调查和分析等方面。我国高校长期面临科研成果转化率过低的问题,应借鉴美国高校图书馆的经验,设立专业的商业图书馆员岗位,以团队合作的方式推进科研成果转化项目,将图书馆服务贯穿于整个科研成果转化过程,促进科研单位与市场的信息交换,以提高高校科研成果的转化率。The transformation of scientific research achievements has always been an important content of scientific research in universities, in which the library plays an important role. American university libraries have rich experience and systematic operation methods in the transformation of scientific research achievements, especially in information consultation, information investigation and analysis. Experience of American university libraries could be used for reference in the long-term problems of tow transformation rate of scientific research achievements Chinese universities faces. It could improve the transfomation rate by setting up professional commerce librarians, promoting projects with team cooperation, library providing service in the whole transformation process, and exchanqing information between scientific institutions and the market.
