摘 要:在图书馆组织结构多元化的今天,图书馆管理者面临着业务再造、服务转型、队伍建设等诸多挑战,急需建设和完善强有力的组织文化来保障组织管理的顺畅度和有效性。以实证研究为主要研究方法,通过问卷调查、人物访谈、个案研究,面向国内多省市不同类型图书馆,采集相关数据和信息,进行图书馆组织文化感知影响研究得出:职务因素对馆员在组织文化的理论认知上的影响不存在明显差异,但在馆员实际感受组织文化上会产生显著性影响。由于组织内部管理沟通状态的不同,导致普通员工和基层管理者在组织文化及行为子文化和制度子文化上的感受要明显低于高层领导。基于此,图书馆组织文化提升优化策略为调整建设目标、改善领导风格、规范组织行为、强化沟通意识等。Because ofthe diversity of library organization, librarians are confronted with many challenges, such as process reengineering, service transformation, team building, and so on. A strong organizational culture is needed to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness of organizational management. Based on empirical research, the perception influence of library organizational culture is studied by collecting relevant data and information from different types of libraries in many domestic provinces and cities through questionnaires, interviews, case studies, etc. Data analysis shows that the position factor has scarcely impact on theoretical cognition of organizational culture. However it has a significant influence on librarians' actual feeling. Because of the difference of internal management communication, feelings of general staff and first-line managers in organizational culture, behavioral culture and institutional culture are obviously lower than those of the senior managers. Optimization strategies include adjusting construction target, improving leadership style, standardizing organizational behavior and strengthening communication consciousness.
