摘 要:为探索INHA基因在公绵羊繁殖中的作用,采用荧光定量PCR技术检测INHA基因在高繁殖力小尾寒羊公羊和低繁殖力苏尼特羊公羊下丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴等繁殖相关组织中的表达。结果表明:INHA基因在小尾寒羊和苏尼特羊睾丸中表达量最高,其次是肾上腺、附睾,在其他组织中均呈痕量表达。INHA基因在苏尼特羊睾丸的表达量极显著高于小尾寒羊(P<0.01);在肾上腺的表达量高于小尾寒羊,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:INHA基因可能主要在睾丸中对公绵羊繁殖功能发挥抑制作用。To reveal the role of INHA gene in ram reproduction,Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-q PCR) was performed to detect INHA m RNA expression in various tissues(hypothalamus-pituitary-testis)of Small-tail han rams and Sunite rams. The results showed that INHA gene was mainly expressed in testis tissue of Small-tail han rams and Sunite rams,followed by adrenal and epididymis,almost had no expression in other tissues. The expression of INHA gene in testis in Sunite rams was significantly higher than that in Small-tail han rams(P〈0.01). The expression level of INHA gene in adrenal in Sunite rams was higher than that in Small-tail han rams,but the difference was not significant(P〉0.05). The results suggested that INHA gene might mainly play an inhibitory role on ram reproduction in testis.
