摘 要:为了评价3种不同类型添加剂对全株玉米青贮品质的影响,将化学添加剂(Chemical additives,CA)、淀粉酶(Amylase,AM)和布氏乳杆菌制剂(Lactobacillus buchneri,LB)添加于蜡熟期的全株玉米,并以空白为对照(CK),装填入聚乙烯袋中贮藏90 d后进行青贮品质的测定。结果发现:只有添加LB后,乙酸(AA)含量极显著高于其他处理(P<0.01),氨态氮(AN)含量极显著低于其他处理(P<0.01);各处理组的p H值、乳酸(LA)含量和丙酸(PA)含量均没有显著性差异(P>0.05);各处理组养分含量也差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在对蜡熟期全株玉米青贮时,添加布氏乳杆菌可以很好地改善青贮饲料的品质,提高乙酸含量,从而增强全株玉米青贮饲料的有氧稳定性。The effects of three different types of additives on corn silage quality of whole plant were studied. Three additive of chemical additives(CA),amylase(AM)and Lactobacillus buchneri(LB)were added to the whole crop corn silage at the dough stage,while no additive as CK. The silage quality was identified after 90 d storage in polyethylene bags. The results showed that the content of acetic acid(AA)in LB group was significantly higher(P〈0.01)than those of other groups,and the ammonia nitrogen content was the lowest. No significant difference in p H,lactate(LA)content,propionic acid(PA)content and nutrient composition was observed. Adding Lactobacillus buchneri can improve silage quality and aerobic stability of corn silage.
