西归的化学成分、质量控制及药理学研究概况

摘　　要：西归来源于伞形科凹乳芹属植物西藏凹乳芹的根,主要分布于云贵高原、西藏等地。其主要含有伞形花内酯、佛手柑内酯、阿魏酸、芹菜素、β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜甙等化学成分,具有抗疲劳、抗痛经、抗氧化、增强免疫、促智等作用。本文对近年来西归的化学成分、质量控制及药理学的研究概况进行综述,以期为该药的进一步研究提供参考。Xigui, a dried root of herb Vicatia thibetica de Boiss in Umbelliferae. It mainly contains chemical constituents like umbelliferone,bergapten,ferulaic acid, pelargidenon, β-rhamno,and daucosterine,etc.And it has the functions of anti-fatigue, anti-dysmenorrhea, antioxidation and nootropic,etc.This paper reviews its chemical constituents,quality control and pharmacological effect in order to provided a reference for its further development.
