摘 要:基于Aspen plus软件建立石油焦富氧-水蒸气气化制氢模型,探讨不同条件下,包括气化温度、压强、氧浓度、ER和S/PC对合成气气体体积分数、实际产氢量和潜在产氢量的影响。结果表明:随着ER和温度的增加,氢气的体积分数先上升后下降;随着氧浓度和S/PC的增加,氢气的体积分数逐渐上升;随着压强的增加,氢气的体积分数逐渐下降。氢气的体积分数与实际产氢量变化趋势基本一致,温度、压强、氧浓度和S/PC对潜在产氢量几乎没有影响。Based on Aspen plus software,an oxygen enriched-steam gasification hydrogen production model for petroleum coke was established,and the effects of gasification temperature,pressure,oxygen concentration,ER and S/PC on syngas volume fraction,actual hydrogen production and potential hydrogen production were investigated under different conditions. The results showed that with the increase of ER and temperature,the volume fraction of hydrogen is increased first and then decreased.With the increase of oxygen concentration and S/PC,the volume fraction of hydrogen is gradually increased. When the pressure increases,the volume fraction of hydrogen is gradually decreased. The volume fraction of hydrogen is basically consistent with the actual hydrogen production,the temperature,pressure,oxygen concentration and S/PC have little effect on the potential hydrogen production.
