摘  要:为研究复方中草药制剂对柴达木黄牛生长性能及肉品质的影响,采用单因素随机设计试验,选择体重相近的健康柴达木黄牛120只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只,1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,2~4组分别在风干物质的基础上添加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%复方中草药制剂,试验期为60 d。在试验期间测定柴达木黄生长性能标,在试验结束时,每个试验组随机挑取5头柴达木黄牛屠宰后测定肉品质。结果表明:3组和4组的试验末重、平均日增重、采食量与1组相比,分别提高了7.0%、5.8%、3.1%、2.6%、3.3%、2.6%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低了3.6%、2.9%(P<0.05);1~4组的p H、熟肉率、失水率、肉色、嫩度等肉品质均无明显差异性(P>0.05),3组和4组的大理花纹、粗脂肪与1组相比分别提高了41.0%、37.5%、46.0%、44.7%(P>0.05),3组和4组的粗蛋白质、粗灰分均低于1组,分别降低了7.1%、6.2%、14.3%、7.3%(P>0.05)。可见,在基础日粮中添加2.0%复方中草药制剂可以提高断柴达木黄牛的生长性能和肉品质。I n order to study the effect of compound Chinese medicine preparation on the growth performance and meat quality of Chaidamu Yellow cattle,asingle factor random design test was used.120 healthy Chaidamu Yellow cattles were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repetitions in each group and10 of each.The 1 group was fed on the basal diet for the blank control group.The 2 ~ 4 groups were added1%,2% and 3% compound Chinese medicine on the basis of the concentrate,and the test period was 60 d.The growth performance of Chaidamu Yellow was determined during the test,in the end,the determination of meat quality in each experimental group were randomly selected,and 5 Chaidamu Yellow cattle slaughtered.The results showed that the average weight gain and feed intake of the 3 and 4 groups increased by 7%,5.8%,3.1%,2.6%,3.3% and 2.6% respectively compared with the control group(P〈0.05),and the ratio of material to weight decreased by 3.6% and 2.9%, respectively(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in p H,cooked meat rate, water loss rate, meat color, tenderness and other meat quality in the 1 ~ 4 groups(P〉0.05).The 3 group and 4 group of Dali pattern and fat were increased by 41%,37.5%,46%,44.7%(P〉0.05),respectively,compared with the control group.The crude protein and crude ash of 3 group and 4 group were lower 7.1%,6.2%,14.3%,7.3% than that of 1 group(P〉0.05).In conclusion,adding 2%compound Chinese medicine in the basal diet could improve the growth performance and meat quality of the broken Chaidamu Yellow cattle.
