扶阳强脊散联合雷公藤多苷片治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效及对血清骨形态发生蛋白2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察扶阳强脊散联合雷公藤多苷片治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)临床疗效及对血清骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)表达的影响。方法将102例AS患者随机分为2组。对照组51例予雷公藤多苷片治疗;治疗组51例予扶阳强脊散联合雷公藤多苷片治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效;观察2组治疗前后各项评分[总体评价(PGA)评分、Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)评分、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)评分、脊柱疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、夜间疼痛VAS评分]变化;检测2组治疗前后血清BMP-2水平变化;观察2组治疗前后炎症指标[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)]变化。结果治疗组总有效率88.24%,对照组总有效率66.67%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PGA评分、BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、脊柱疼痛VAS评分及夜间疼痛VAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清BMP-2表达水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CRP、ESR水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶阳强脊散联合雷公藤多苷片治疗AS,能明显降低患者血清BMP-2表达水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Fuyang Qiangji powder combined with Tripterygium Glycosides on ankylosing spondylitis（AS） and its effect on the expression of serum bone morphogenetic protein-2（BMP-2）.Methods 102 cases of patients with AS were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in control group were treated by Tripterygium Glycosides,51 cases in treatment group were treated by Fuyang Qiangji powder combined with Tripterygium Glycosides,both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The changes of indexes including overall evaluation（PGA） score,bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index（BASDAI） score,bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index（BASFI） score,spinal pain visual simulation（VAS） score,nighttime pain VAS score were recorded of the two groups before and after treatment.The changes of serum BMP-2 levels and serum index [CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） ]in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate was 88.24% in treatment group and 66.67 % in control group.The clinical effects of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.After treatment,PGA score,BASDAI score,BASFI score,VAS score of spinal pain and VAS score of nocturnal pain were lower in the two groups than in the previous treatment group（P〈 0.05）,and these indexes were lower in treatment group than in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The expression level of serum BMP-2 in the two groups was lower than that in the group before treatment（P〈 0.05）,and the serum BMP-2 expression level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The levels of CRP and ESR in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment（P〈 0.05）,and the CRP and ESR levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Fuyang Qiangji powder combined with Tripterygium
