检重秤设定值的设定方法探讨

摘　　要：用作重量检验的检重秤需要设定称重产品的目标重量值、限位值,从而得到重量分区,以便按产品的称重值进行合格品、非合格品的分选。首先用户要确认设定是采用三重量分区还是五重量分区,然后介绍了目标重量值设定需考虑的问题,最后重点论述了限位值设定的三种方法。Asa checkweigher, we need to set the target weight value and the limit values of the weighing product, so that wecan get the weight zones, so that we can get the qualified and non qualified products according to the weighing value of the products.First, the user wants to confirm whether the setting is based on the three weight zones or the five weight zones. Then it introduces theproblems that need to be considered in the setting of the target weight value, and finally focuses on the three ways of setting the limitvalues.
