斑蝥素联合a-2b干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察斑蝥素联合a-2b干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效、安全性及复发情况。方法:将41例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,其中对照组20例,治疗组21例。对照组应用斑蝥素软膏每日1次外用,治疗组在斑蝥素软膏治疗基础上辅以a-2b干扰素肌注100万U,隔日1次肌内注射,同时外用干扰素α-2b凝胶,每日4次外用。疗程3个月,治疗结束后随访8个月,观察复发情况。两组的治疗情况、安全性及复发情况均由专人记录。结果:(1)治疗组治愈率为90.48%,高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗组复发率为29.41%,低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)对两组疣体完全脱落时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用斑蝥素联合a-2b干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣,能够获得满意疗效,可在临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy,safety and recurrence of cantharidin combined with α-2b interferon for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum（ CA）. Methods： 41 patients with CA were selected and divided into treatment group（ 21 cases） and control group（ 20 cases） randomly. The control group used cantharidin once a day while the treatment group used cantharidin combined with α-2b interferon,both for three months and followed up for 8 months after treatment. The clinical response,safety and recurrence were recorded and compared after the end of treatment. Results：（1） The cure rate was 90. 48% in the treatment group,higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.（2） The recurrence rate was 29. 41% in the treatment group,lower than that of the controlgroup（ P〈0. 05）.（3） There was no statistical difference in the shedding time of warts between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Cantharidin combined with α-2b interferon is effective in treating patients with CA,which is worthy of clinical application.
