摘  要:司家营矿区一采场西帮地表半移动式破碎站已投用6 a,深凹露天开采汽车运距逐渐延长,从最初的1 km增至2018年的3.5 km以上,并以300 m左右递增。结合年度采剥工程推进,对现有的地表半固定式破碎站的深部移设方案进行研究,通过对不同方案进行技术、经济比较,确定汽车-半移动破碎站-边帮胶带机-采场外部平胶带运输为最优方案。西帮深部开拓系统较之地面布置方式,可显著缩短运距,提高生产效率,达到降低生产成本、提高经济效益的目的,为国内同类矿山深部开拓运输系统提供参考。The ground senti-mobile crushing station of the west of No. 1stope of Sijiaying mining ar- ea is applied for 6 years, the vehicle transport distance of deep-pit open-pit mining is extended gradually, it is extended from 1 km to 3.5 km (2018) , and it is increased by 300 m. Based on the annual exploita- tion engineering, the deep moving and installation scheme of the existing ground semi-mobile crushing station is studied, through technical and economic comparison of the schemes, the scheme of vehicle- semi-mobile crushing station-side belt conveyor-horizontal belt conveyor transport out of stope is optimal. Compared with the ground installation method, the deep excavation system of the west of stope is helpful for shortening the transport distance, improving production efficiency, reducing production cost and im- proving economic benefits, besides that, it can provide reliable reference for the design and optimization of deed excavation system of similar mines.
