高校图书馆机构知识库著作权的合理使用策略

摘　　要：合理使用机构知识库的数字资源,可以提升学术成果引用率和传播范围。在对合理使用制度的研究基础上,以西安交通大学机构知识库合理使用策略的研究与实践为例,从签署共享协议、成立专项服务团队、建立数据流量监控3方面介绍了合理使用策略,提出了完善机构知识库合理使用制度的建议,从而提升学术成果使用率,实现机构知识库的合理使用。Rational use of institutional knowledge repository-covered digital resources can increase the citation and dissemination of academic achievements. The strategies for the rational use of copyrighted institutional knowledge repository in academic library were described in aspects of signing sharing agreement,establishing special service team,and monitoring data flow with the studies and practice on the rational use of institutional knowledge repository in Xi’an Jiaotong University as an example. Suggestions were put forward for perfecting the regulations and rules of rational use of institutional knowledge repository,increasing the use of academic achievements and rational use of institutional knowledge repository.
