摘　　要：制造业与互联网融合发展是不可阻挡的时代潮流,二者融合发展能够培育新兴业态和创新服务模式,不可避免地会导致产业链重构。系统梳理产业链重构、制造业与互联网融合发展的现有研究基础,进而基于价值链、组织链、空间链三个方面研究了制造业与互联网融合发展的路径,发现二者融合发展有利于形成倍增效应、协同效应、聚合效应。最后,从财税支持、人才支撑、环境优化三个维度提出了制造业与互联网融合发展的保障体系。旨在为企业实现制造业与互联网融合发展提供理论支持与实践指引。The integral development of the manufacturing and the internet is an irresistible trend of the times. The integral development of the two can foster new business and innovate new mode of service. But it will lead to the reconstruction of industrial chain inevitably. This paper systematically combs the existing research foundation of both the reconstruction of industrial chain and the integral development of the manufacturing and the internet. Then,this paper studies the path of integral development of the manufacturing and the internet from three aspects： the value chain,the organization chain and the space chain. It is found that the integral development of the two is conductive to the formation of multiplier effect,synergistic effect and polymerization effect. Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee system of the integral development of the manufacturing and the internet from the three dimensions of fiscal and tax support,talent support and environment optimization. The purpose is to provide theoretical support and practice guidance for enterprises to realize the integral development of the manufacturing and the internet.
