摘　　要：通过分析国内外对金融发展、产业结构发展的各类理论文献,选取全国有代表性的资源型地区作为分析样本,分析资源型地区金融发展与产业结构升级之间的内在作用机制,然后运用VAR模型分析了资源型地区20年来金融发展与产业结构升级之间的关系,并以此找出调整和优化两者关系的可能途径,为政府和金融监管部门在基于金融发展的基础上,提出促进产业结构升级的政策建议。This paper analyzes various domestic and foreign theoretical literature on financial development and industrial structure development,selects representative resource regions in the country as an analysis sample,and analyzes the intrinsic mechanism of action between financial development and industrial structure upgrading in resource-based regions.The VAR model analysis validates the relationship between financial development and industrial structure upgrading in resource-based regions over the past 20 years,and uses this to identify possible ways to explore the relationship between adjustments and optimizations.This is based on financial development for government and financial regulatory authorities.,proposing policy proposals to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.
