摘　　要：21世纪是一个以人为本的教育时代,学生辅导员作为高校学生管理的一部分,对新生思想和学习有着重要的指引作用。高校学生辅导员的工作绩效是社会与学校关注和考察的重点,关联绩效作为工作绩效的重要组成部分,能有效地促进任务绩效,从而提升整个工作绩效,但又恰恰容易被高校所忽视。研究表明:人格特质、工作态度、学校支持度、工作待遇、工作氛围与关联绩效都呈现正相关关系。5个因素中只有工作态度、学校支持度、工作氛围对关联绩效有显著影响作用,因此只要基于主要因素来采取措施,就能提高他们的关联绩效、推进工作绩效。College counselors play a very important guiding role in students’ learning and growth of thoughts.Their work performance receives much social attention and attention from schools.Contextual performance,an important component of work performance,can promote the latter through boosting mission performance.Investigations show that personal traits,rewards,working attitude,school support,and work environment are all positively correlated with contextual performance with the latter three factors significantly influencing contextual performance.Therefore,proper measures based on these three can be taken to improve contextual performance so as to promote work performance.
