瘦素和RORγt mRNA在尖锐湿疣患者外周血中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测RORγt、瘦素在尖锐湿疣(CA)患者外周血中的表达情况,探讨RORγt、瘦素在CA发病中的作用。方法用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测31例CA患者(CA组)、19例健康志愿者(正常对照组)外周血中RORγt mRNA的表达水平,同时用ELISA检测外周血中瘦素的表达情况。结果 CA组患者外周血中RORγt mRNA的表达量为4.705±7.232,正常对照组RORγt mRNA的表达量为0.037±0.055,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.593,P=0.001)。而两组外周血中瘦素的表达分别为:CA组为(2.064±1.861)×10~4pg/mL、正常对照组为(3.035±2.007)×10~4pg/mL,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.739,P=0.088);进一步将CA组分别初发组和复发组,两组瘦素的表达量分别为:初发组为(2.487±1.985)×10~4pg/mL,复发组为(1.294±1.378)×10~4pg/mL,差异无统计学意义(t=1.963,P=0.06)。结论 CA患者外周血中RORγt mRNA的表达升高,提示RORγt可能在CA的发病中起作用,而瘦素在CA发病中的作用尚不明确。Objective To determine the levels of RORγt mRNA and leptin in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum（ CA）,and to analyze their clinical significance. Methods The expression of RORγt mRNA level in peripheral blood of patients with CA and healthy controls were detected by real-time quantitative PCR（ RT-PCR）. ELISA was used to detect the expression of leptin at the same time. Results The amount of RORγt mRNA in peripheral blood of the patients with CA and healthy controls were 4. 705 ± 7. 232 and 0. 037 ± 0. 055,respectively,with significant difference between them（ t = 3. 592,P = 0. 001）. Leptin in peripheral blood of patients with CA and healthy controls were（ 2. 064 ± 1. 861） × 10 4 pg/mL and（ 3. 035 ± 2. 007） × 10 4 pg/mL,respectively. Expression of leptin in initial CA and recrudescent CA were（ 2. 487 ± 1. 985） × 10 4 pg/mL and（ 1. 294 ± 1. 378） × 10 4 pg/mL,respectively. Conclusion The expression of RORγt mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with CA is elevated,suggesting that RORγt may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CA.
