摘 要:研究了Zr元素对过共晶Al-6.2Fe合金组织和高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,Zr元素对过共晶Al-6.2Fe合金中的初生Al3Fe相具有良好的变质作用。随着Zr元素添加量的增加,初生Al3Fe相的平均颗粒尺寸由176μm逐渐减小到28μm,其形貌也由粗大的针片状逐渐转变为细小的短棒状和颗粒状。随着Zr元素添加量的增加,合金的高温力学性能逐渐提高。当添加0.4%的Zr元素时,合金300℃的高温抗拉强度和伸长率分别为147 MPa和1.85%,较未变质合金性能明显提高。Effects of Zr on microstructure and high temperature mechanical properties of Al-6.2 Fe hypereutectic alloy were studied.The results show that the Zr element has a good modification effect on the primary Al3 Fe in Al-6.2 Fe hypereutectic alloy.With increasing Zr content additions,the average particle size of the primary Al3 Fe is reduced from176 μm to 28 μm,and the morphology of the primary Al3 Fe is also gradually transformed from thick needle plate-like to short rod-like and particle-like.With increasing the addition amount of Zr element,the high temperature mechanical properties of the alloy are further increased.When adding 0.4% Zr element,the 300 ℃ high temperature tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are 147 MPa and 1.85%,respectively,compared with the unmodified alloy,the mechanical properties of alloy are obviously improved.
