摘　　要：介绍了激光快速成型技术原理、分类及技术特点。综述了激光快速成型技术在制作汽车精铸件蜡模、消失模;在砂型铸造用砂型(芯)或木模、制造汽车精密铸造用型壳和压型等生产中的应用。解决了在汽车制造业中传统铸造生产周期长、生产成本高的弊端。The principle,classification and technical characteristics of laser rapid prototyping are introduced.Laser rapid prototyping technology in the production of automotive precision casting wax model,disappearance model;application in production of sand mold（core） or wood mould for sand mold casting,automobile precision casting shell and pressing mould etc is reviewed.The disadvantages of long production cycle and high production cost of traditional casting in automobile manufacturing are solved.
