摘  要:涂料骨料具有较高的烧结强度可有效解决铸件在浇铸过程中的粘砂问题。以白刚玉作为基准骨料,在1 300℃下分别与氧化锌、滑石粉、铝矾土、膨润土、石英粉、二氧化钛、锆英粉、云母等8种辅助骨料进行了单一烧结,烧结强度测试和复合烧结实验。结果表明,白刚玉与锆英粉、二氧化钛、膨润土具有较高的烧结强度。骨料组成为80%白刚玉、20%锆英粉、2%二氧化钛、4%膨润土时涂料的烧结强度最高。按此配方制备的醇基复合白刚玉涂料现场试用涂刷性能好,发气量低,悬浮性好,不易粘砂,与国外知名品牌产品性能相当。The high sintering strength of coating aggregate can effectively solve the problem of sand sticking during casting process.The white corundum was as the base aggregate materials was a single sintered at 1 300 ℃ with zinc oxide,talc powder,bauxite,bentonite,quartz powder,titanium dioxide,zircon powder,mica and other eight kinds of auxiliary aggregate,and the sintering strength test and composite sintering experiment were carried.The results show that white corundum,zirconium powder,titanium dioxide and bentonite have high sintering strength.When the aggregate composition is 80% white corundum,20% zirconium powder,2% titanium dioxide and 4% bentonite,the sintering strength of the coating is the highest.The alkyl composite white corundum coating prepared by this formula has good performance in field test painting,low gas emission,good suspension,low adhesion to sand,and has the same performance as foreign famous brand products.
