摘  要:通过对消失模铸造管件表面自生锈斑的特点和分布规律观察,分析了锈斑物质构成。结果表明,出现自生锈斑的主要原因是Si-Ba瞬时随流孕育剂没有充分溶解,控制孕育工艺可以有效避免自生锈斑的产生。Through the observation of the characteristics and distribution regularity of the self-generated rust spots on the surface of the expendable casting process(EPC) pipe,the composition of the rust spot was analyzed.The results show that the main reason of self-generated rust spots is that the instantaneous with the flow inoculant of Si-Ba is not fully dissolved,the self-generated rust spots can be effectively eliminated by controlling the inoculation process.
